Unique Pizza and Subs has received down payments from franchisees' in Boston, Massachusetts, Atlanta, Georgia, Austin, Texas, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the Chesapeake/Norfolk, Virginia areas. Unique Pizza and Subs plans on having their first restaurants open in the Summer/Early Autumn of 2006.
Unique Pizza and Subs' strategy is to grow rapidly through franchising, conversions and acquisitions. The Company will generate ongoing revenue from payments of franchise fees from other franchisees. Unique Pizza expects that franchise fees and royalties will increase substantially throughout 2006 with the dramatic growth throughout the country. Unique Pizza and Subs' ultimate objective is to have 1,000 stores open in the near future.
