Uniserve Communications Corporation Releases 3rd Quarter Results


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Uniserve Communications Corporation ("Uniserve") (TSX-V:USS) has released its financial statements for the quarter ended February 28th, 2005 showing continued revenue growth.

Third quarter revenues at $4.2 million grew by $0.9 million from $3.3 million at the end of the same quarter the previous year. EBITDA remains positive at $.15 million with the negative impacts of one time adjustments resulting from the integration of acquired companies included. "It has been a busy year and we are pleased with our results so far. We are on track with our plans to add new products and services to our broadband delivery systems and expect to exceed our 2006 financial targets when we include a full quarter of the revenues and EBITDA from the Inter.net acquisition in our consolidated Q4 financials," says Uniserve CEO, Wil Spratt.
