U.S. Starcom Announces Signed Contract and Launch Date for a Multi-Year Agreement for the Catholic Church of Mexico

Church to Share Profits to Restore and Expand the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City

PERTH AMBOY, N.J., May 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- U.S. Starcom, Inc. (Pink Sheets:USTA), a growing provider of innovative prepaid services and solutions to the Hispanic market, has signed a definitive contract with the Plaza Mariana Foundation, Mexico S.A. for a multi-year rollout of a product line designed specifically for the Catholic Church of Mexico. The first product has been scheduled for roll-out on June 1st.

"This project has far reaching implications for U.S. Starcom," said John DiDomenico, president of U.S. Starcom. "The Plaza Mariana Foundation has been granted the exclusive right to market telephonic and telephone related products with the official sanction of the Catholic Church of Mexico. U.S. Starcom has been retained to design and distribute these projects, with a percentage of the profits paid to the Catholic Church of Mexico for the restoration, endowment and expansion of the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City. This Shrine, which contains a complex of buildings, is one of the most venerated and visited of all religious shrines in the World. The Church has embarked on a program to raise $100 million for its renovation and the participation of U.S. Starcom will be a key financial contributor to their efforts," said Mr. DiDomenico."U.S. Starcom has the exclusive marketing rights on this project for all of the United States and Canada, on products related to telecom, music and healthcare products."

"The U.S. Starcom products will include pre-paid calling cards, blessing and intention cards and recorded audio programs and services and music selections. For example anyone in the world will have the opportunity to have intentions submitted or votive candles lit on their behalf at the Shrine within the Basilica on a daily basis. Upwards of 2 million visitors go to the Shrine each month and during the Feast day of the Virgin de Guadeloupe more than 100,000 people per hour pass through the Shrine. The U.S. Starcom products will allow anyone from anywhere to contribute both spiritually and financially to the restoration of the Shrine," said Mr. DiDomenico. "The pre-paid phone cards and prayer cards that we provide will all have multiple prayer options and will be the only cards officially sanctioned by the Church with the images of Our Lady of Guadalupe. This project has the potential to generate millions in annual revenue, which would not only transform U.S. Starcom, but open fundraising opportunities with U.S. based religious organizations."
