Mr. Barr is currently a senior manager of Mayan Resorts (www.mayanresorts.com), a Mexican resort development company having its locations in Acapulco, Mazatlan, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Penyasco, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Maya.
Mr. Barr brings to the Company nine years of experience in resort development and will oversee the design and development of the Company's Vacation Club program. Mr. Barr will also seek out any future acquisition or development properties in Mexico.
