(OTCBB:VCSY) announced today its Brazilian subsidiary, Vertical do Brasil Sistemas de Computacao ("Vertical Brazil"), has entered into a distribution agreement with Evoluir Tecnologia e Sistemas ("Sisfinance") for the territory of Brazil. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Sisfinance will market or distribute all products offered by VCSY including emPath, SiteFlash (and its underlying products), ImmuneApp and StatePointPlus in Brazil.
