Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. Reports Closure of EPA Enforcement Action and New Initiatives by its ESI Subsidiary

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. (OTCBB:TNSW), reported today on the Agreement reached with the Environmental Protection Agency and its wholly owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI).

The Company announced today that ESI has reached an agreement with the EPA which brings closure to any compliance action by the EPA with ESI's agreement to pay the Agency $16,358.00 to resolve the matter. "We are pleased to announce this important milestone in our efforts to satisfy any concerns on the part of the EPA and pave the way to return EnviroSystems' products to the marketplace," stated President and CEO, J. Lloyd Breedlove. "We believe ESI has demonstrated to the EPA, and the marketplace in general, its commitment to meeting the highest possible quality standards and to responsible corporate actions. The agreement reached reinforces the Company's commitment to move quickly on several initiatives designed to satisfy concerns expressed by the EPA and return EcoTru(r) to the marketplace."

Recently Telecomm Sales Network announced that it had undertaken multiple strategic initiatives. These initiatives included, among other actions, temporarily suspending sales, marketing and distribution of its EcoTru(r) disinfectant product, implementing a voluntary retrieval program to recover inventories of EcoTru(r) that were distributed in 2005, initiating a search to identify a strategic partner and consolidate its manufacturing operations, instituting an improved quality program, continuing efforts for the re-introduction of its EcoTru(r) product and preparation of a submission to the EPA for a new disinfectant product.

According to Mr. Breedlove, progress is being made simultaneously on all new strategic programs. Additionally, the Company continues a resolute testing program, the results of which will be used to support future new submissions, ensure quality assurance and enhanced the possible return of its EcoTru(r) disinfectant product.

"While we are focused on enhancements in the EcoTru(r) line, we have not curbed our growth efforts," stated Breedlove. "ESI is in negotiations with several international distribution partners, investigating additional new technologies/products to add to our product offering, pursuing product line extensions and exploring several niche markets outside the medical arena. Resolution of this matter with the EPA delayed the plans of the management team that took over operations of ESI after the merger, but the management team remains confident that we are on the way to achieving our original strategic goals," concluded Mr. Breedlove.
