Command Security Corporation Announces Awards of Two New Airline Services Contracts


LAGRANGEVILLE, N.Y., July 28, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Command Security Corporation (OTCBB:CMMD) announced today that Aviation Safeguards, the Company's aviation services division, has been awarded two new significant contracts to provide passenger services to a major international airline at Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, CA and a major airline consortium at San Jose International Airport in San Jose, CA. The three year contracts are scheduled to commence on August 1 and October 1, 2006, respectively, with annual contract values aggregating approximately $2.5 million.

Commenting on the contract awards, Martin C.
