MALIBU, Calif., Sept. 27, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- FutureVest (Pink Sheets:FRVT) and the shareholders of Izecom, B.V. announce that they have entered into an Investment Agreement calling for the immediate formation and launch of Izecom, Inc., a Delaware Corporation. Izecom, Inc. will acquire controlling interest in Izecom, B.V., assuming global operations of that company. Izecom's headquarters will be located in the United States; its international sales office will remain in Amsterdam.
Ms. Christine Karman has been appointed CEO and President of Izecom, Inc. In a recent interview Ms. Karman noted, "We see a lot of opportunity in the global market for email protection. We are the market leader in email encryption for the legal profession, healthcare services, and health insurance industry in the Netherlands, with strong representation in other healthcare markets as well. FutureVest's ongoing investment in Izecom, Inc. will allow us to strengthen our position even more through additional product offerings and an expanded global marketing effort."
The company's CTO, Mr. Martijn Brinkers states, "Izecom's Izemail Gateway is far ahead of the competition and we are continuing to expand the gap; shortly we will introduce our solution for email encryption for PDAs.
