Lane Bryant Catalog Reveals Its New Name -- Woman Within

Only the Name Changes, Everything Else Stays the Same


NEW YORK, Oct. 26, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Redcats USA, a multi-channel home shopping leader specializing in apparel, lifestyle & domestics and sporting goods, officially revealed today that "Woman Within" has been selected as the new name for the Lane Bryant plus size clothing Catalog.

Woman Within is a familiar name to the customer, as it has been a successful plus size women's clothing and intimates catalog for the past fifteen years. This name embodies the spirit of our customer who already counts "Woman Within" among her favorite brands. Redcats USA confirmed that the customer recognized Woman Within as synonymous with comfort, good fit and suitable style, which made the selection of this name an ideal choice.

For many years, Redcats USA has been aware that as of October 2007, its licensing agreement will come to an end and Redcats USA will no longer be able to use the Lane Bryant Catalog name. To prepare for this milestone, significant resources have been dedicated to this initiative and solid plans laid to prepare for the transition to Woman Within. The transition will begin in late October 2006, when Redcats USA introduces the new name to the customer on the catalog and website, and continue throughout the next year.
