International Broadcasting Corp. Announces Additions to Management Team

SPOKANE, Wash., Nov. 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- International Broadcasting Corp. (OTCBB:IBCS) announced today that it is adding to its sales and marketing team as well as its on-air talent as the Company is currently experiencing significant growth in both its listener base, and is adding content for a variety of on air programming, specifically its flag ship broadcast, Stock Talk LIVE.

Mr. Darrell Nether, President of International Broadcasting Corp. commented, "Internet Radio in general has been experiencing significant growth, and I think that more listeners, coupled with the execution of our previously announced plans to increase exposure and aggressively pursue additional corporate sponsors and advertisers, has necessitated the need to expand our team."

Mr. Nether continued, "In my opinion, the trend of advertisers seems to be finding exciting new venues such as our Stock Talk LIVE show and other creative ways to promote products and services as more and more people turn to the Internet for broadcast content. I think the recent acquisitions of Internet content sites like MySpace by News Corp. and YouTube by Google support the argument that advertisers and marketers are looking towards the Internet and shifting away towards traditional media outlets such as television to send their messages."

The Company also announced today that it has been profiled on www.TwinTrader.com and, as previously announced, recently partnered with its first co-marketing partner, www.TheCapitalReport.com, launching an aggressive co-marketing campaign to better publicize its Stock Talk Live broadcast.

Mr. Nether concluded, "With an increased listener base and awareness of Stock Talk LIVE, we intend to continue to announce several new sponsors and additional content for our parent company, International Broadcasting Corp."
