Motion DNA Corp. Completes Acquisition, Changes Corporate Name and Trading Symbol


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 17, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Motion DNA Corporation (Pink Sheets:SCPT) has formalized its acquisition of Arizona-based Sports Concepts, Inc. In addition, the new Board of Directors has approved the Company's name change to "Sports Concepts, Inc." The Company will trade under the ticker symbol SCPT.

Sports Concepts will continue to provide Motion DNA products and services to professional athletes in major sports but expects an improvement in marketing and exposure of those products through professional sports relationships and licenses acquired by the Company. Thomas also plans to update the reporting status and compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission regulations. In addition, the company is interviewing investment bankers in preparation to explore additional growth opportunities.
