(Pink Sheets:BDGW) announced that it is in the process of preparing all necessary information so its market maker can file an updated Form 211 with the NASD. The Company's auditors are presently working to complete an audit of all entities in the consolidated group. As soon as the audit is completed, the Company will be filing a Form 10-SB with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission so that the Company will become a "reporting company" and thereafter eligible for listing on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.
