New Era Marketing Enters Reverse Merger With Fearless Yachts, LLC


MIAMI, Dec. 12, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- New Era Marketing (OTCBB:NEMK) today announced that the Company has completed the acquisition of Fearless Yachts, LLC, which, in collaboration with a world class design studio, has developed a line of high-speed luxury motorboats and luxury high-performance yachts that will be featured at the Miami Boat show this February.

Fearless Yachts, LLC has become a wholly owned subsidiary of New Era Marketing in exchange for all issued and outstanding membership interests in Fearless Yachts. In conjunction with the reverse merger, Jeffrey Binder was appointed as a Director of the Company as well as its Chief Executive Officer. The Company has relocated its principal executive offices to 927 Lincoln Road, Suite 200 in Miami, Florida.
