THE HELSINKI COURT OF APPEAL HAS RULED IN FAVOR OF SATAMA IN A CASE OF SUSPECTED
DELAYED PROFIT WARNING IN 2000

The Helsinki Court of Appeal today dismissed all charges in the legal proceedings
that handled the suspected delay of Satama Interactive Plc's profit warning in
the spring of the year 2000, dismissing all charges against the directors on
Satama Interactive Plc's year 2000 Board of Directors and Satama Interactive's
former CEO.

In its ruling, the Helsinki Court of Appeal also found unwarranted State
Prosecutor's claim that a fine should be imposed on Satama Interactive Plc.

The District Court of Helsinki dismissed all charges as the court of first
instance in 2005.
