MOORESVILLE, N.C., Jan. 23, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Telecomm Sales Network, Inc. (OTCBB:TNSW) announced today that its stockholders approved a name change at its recent special meeting. The Company's new name, Anpath Group, Inc., became effective January 12, 2007.
J. Lloyd Breedlove, President and CEO of Anpath Group stated: "Literally translated, Anpath means, 'the absence of disease'. We believe that changing the Company's name to Anpath Group will more closely align the name of the Company with our current products and future initiatives in the infection prevention industry. The Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation with the Delaware Secretary of State reflecting the Company's new name. The Amendment became effective January 12, 2007. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment was included with its Form 8-K filed with the SEC on January 17. Additionally, the Company has begun the process to obtain a new symbol for its common stock. Until the Company completes this process with NASDAQ, the Company's ticker symbol shall remain TNSW.
