Mr. Levan comes to Mobile with an extensive background in communications hardware, software, networks and systems including senior positions at Warner Communications, MegaPath, MetroFi and others. With over 30 years of technology experience Mr. Levan was founder and GP for N-Layer Consultants, a network infrastructure consulting firm, and he served as SVP Engineering/CTO at Convergence Communications, an international communications provider.
