Richard Le Named CEO of Symbio Group

Leading the Chinese Software Outsourcing Market: Symbio Continues Rapid Expansion


ROCKVILLE, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 14, 2007 -- The Symbio Group ("Symbio") (www.symbio-group.com), a leading provider of software development, testing, and globalization outsourcing services, announced today that Richard Le was named CEO, promoted from his role as president. Joseph Hsu, former CEO, will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Symbio.

Mr. Le co-founded Symbio in 1994 with 22 employees, and has served as its president since 2002. During his tenure as president, he oversaw the company's growth from 120 employees based in the U.S. and Taiwan in 2002, to 800 employees today, with three full-scale software development centers, eight global management offices and multiple sales offices. The Symbio Group now functions as a cost-effective and highly efficient extension of its 300+ clients' development, testing and globalization teams.

With more than 20 years of technology experience, Mr. Le managed product development efforts for International Integrated Systems (IIS) and Neotech Development Corp, before co-founding Symbio. At IIS, Mr. Le was Director of the Product Development Division, where he led the production strategy, planning, marketing and development of software products. He also served as Director of the System Development Division of IIS, responsible for offshore development projects for IBM Worldwide Laboratories. Prior to IIS, Mr. Le was a senior manager of the System Development Department at NDC.

He received both his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
