Apranga Group preliminary results of 2007


Preliminary unaudited profit before taxes of the Apranga Group, the leader of
retail apparel market in Lithuania and the Baltics, was LTL 21 million (EUR 6.1
million) in 2006, or 90% more, than in 2005. 

The retail turnover of Apranga Group for the year 2006 totalled to LTL 299.3
million (EUR 86.7 million), or 49.1% more than in 2005. In 2006 Apranga Group
has reached the highest growth rate in company's history. 

The Apranga Group has opened 19 new stores during 2006: 14 in Lithuania, 3 in
Latvia, and 2 in Estonia. Total trading area has increased by 10,000 sq. m.,
investments into new shops totalled LTL 22.4 million (EUR 6.5 million). 

The Apranga Group plans intensive expansion in 2007 as well: to reach the
turnover of retail chain of at least LTL 415 million (EUR 120 million), and to
earn at least LTL 31 million (EUR 9 million) of profit before taxes. 

Apranga Group is owned by the concern MG Baltic.
