Symbio Group Appoints Jacob Hsu President

Plans to Expand Outsourcing Business to Becoming an Innovation Partner


ROCKVILLE, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 27, 2007 -- The Symbio Group ("Symbio") (www.symbio-group.com), a leading provider of software development, testing, and globalization outsourcing services, announced today that Jacob Hsu was named president. Mr. Hsu has served as a senior executive at the company for more than nine years, most recently as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Hsu fills the president position previously held by Richard Le, recently promoted to CEO of the Symbio Group.

As president, Mr. Jacob Hsu will head up Symbio's global operations, as well as manage worldwide strategic planning, marketing and business development. In his nine years at Symbio, Mr. Hsu has served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of the company's North American operations. He also headed Symbio's Japanese operations and led Symbio's investment and corporate development initiatives. At Thunderchief Software, a Symbio Group company specializing in software product development, Mr. Hsu served at Managing Director. He was also the Managing Director at Symbio Digital Entertainment, another Symbio Group company, focused on game outsourcing and development.

Prior to joining Symbio, Mr. Hsu was the CEO of Trilogica Technologies, a pioneer in the area of data aggregation and web integration software. Before that, he was an investment banker at a number of firms, including Fox-Pitt, Kelton (FPK), where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business.
