eHolding Technologies in Discussions with Cornerstone to Build Housing Development Utilizing Structural Insulated Panels

RENO, Nev., March 9, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- eHolding Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EHDT) reported today that it is in discussions with Cornerstone Energy Efficient Homes (CEEH) to build a 52 home lakeside development in Southern Alabama, utilizing Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).

The average home in the development will have 2,000 sq. feet of living space, and will retail for approximately $225,000. According to Doug Hamby, CEO of eHolding Technologies, "Assuming a 25% profit margin, for which eHolding Technologies and CEEH would share equally, both companies would realize net income of more than $1,000,000 each."

Hamby noted that SIP technology is attracting increased market interest. While overall real estate construction is down more than 10%, the use of SIPs by builders has realized a 20% gain in the past year. Moreover, damaged homes can be rebuilt using SIPs technology with both time and cost savings, as well as more economical heating and cooling costs.
