New Directors' Skills and Experience Will Strengthen Board for Company's Rapid Growth and Future Development

(OTCBB:SMGY), creator of the innovative Battery Brain(tm) vehicle aftermarket device, is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors: Mike Ben-Ari, Guy Moshe, and SMGY's current CEO, Pete Mateja. The rapid growth of SMGY, which has expanded its operations in both North America and Europe due to new contracts, improved customer service, ongoing R&D, and enlarged revenue opportunities, poses new challenges and opportunities for the future. Several initiatives have been undertaken to accommodate current growth and lay the foundation for the future, including the addition of the three new members to its Board of Directors, to help guide SMGY's development as a leading global manufacturer and distributor of technology products and vehicles designed to save energy, improve safety and enhance security for all segments of the transportation market.

Guy Moshe

Guy took his BSC in Electrical Engineering from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. He comes to SMGY from Mentor Graphics, based in Wilsonville, OR. Guy served as Executive Director for the Mentor Development Center in Israel, where he established the Mentor Design Center and managed the ESL business in the DCS division. Before that, he was President and CEO of Summit Design, Inc., of Burlington, MA, and General Manager of Summit Israel and Acting Vice President for World Wide Sales.

Guy's skills and efforts turned Summit into a leading company in the EDA/ESL market. At Summit Guy also had experience managing Summit's worldwide engineering teams and coordinating their activities, as well as managing the marketing team that designed Summit's flagship product. While serving from 1996 to 1998 as Summit's VP and COO of its Design Creation Group and General Manager of Summit Design Israel, he was a key member of the executive management team responsible for establishing the Design Entry Group and led a business unit that developed the product line which enabled a successful IPO.

From 2000 to 2002, he served as General Manager of System Level Design Division and General Manager of Innoveda Israel for Innoveda (Marlboro, MA). While there, Guy formed Innoveda's System Level Design division and generated 30% of Innoveda's revenue. He was a key member of the executive management team, directing corporate product development decisions.

Mike Ben-Ari (Greenfield)

Mike holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Tel Aviv University and a BA from Brandeis University. He has over 15 years' experience in the international financial services industry, and brings extensive management experience, including financing, banking and marketing skills developed in previously held positions. In 1999 he founded Ever Green Field Enterprises (EGFE), which specializes in alternative investments for international clients and has branches in several countries. He named the company after his late father, Judge Leslie H. Greenfield, and his own childhood name, which he Hebraicized upon making Aliyah in 1981. Prior to founding EGFE, he held management positions in Bank Leumi, Israel's second largest bank, and in Supersol, Israel's second largest supermarket chain.

Mike has also been a Director of BrainStorm (OTCBB:BCLI), an emerging company developing stem cell therapeutic products based on breakthrough technologies.

Pete Mateja

Pete Mateja, CEO of SMGY, is a graduate of the University of Windsor, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and M.B.A. (Finance). Pete has a diverse background, having held President, Chief Executive Officer, and/or General Management positions in automotive, medium and heavy duty truck, RV, fire truck and body building manufacturers as well as industrial manufacturers. He has led companies to significant revenue, market share, and earnings improvements.

Pete, who has been the CEO of SMGY since September 2005, has led manufacturers such as Navistar International Corporation Canada, Home & Park Motorhomes, E - One Canada, Amerock Canada and SuperPac/Frink. He is also the past President of the Automotive Parts' Manufacturers' Association.
