Security First International Holdings, Inc. Announces That It Has Formed Biodiesel Energy Corporation Which Will Operate as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary to Enter the Biodiesel Fuel Business

ASPEN, Colo., March 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Security First International Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFNH) announces that it has formed a new, wholly owned subsidiary; BioDiesel Energy Corporation ("BEC"). The Company will utilize high grade feed stocks such as soy and canola oil as raw material for the production of biodiesel fuel.

The entire product line will be a quality biodiesel made of 100% virgin soybean oil, which is grown in the United States by American farmers. As such, it is a readily available, renewable domestic source of fuel, which makes it desirable for the balance of trade issue as well as an offset to dependence on foreign oil. This fuel, which is non-toxic, biodegradable and free of sulfur, burns considerably cleaner than traditional diesel fuel. Biodiesel fuel is compatible with all existing diesel engines without the need for modification.

Biodiesel can be used by itself or blended with petroleum-based diesel to varying degrees as requested. The most common configurations are 100% biodiesel or a blend of 80% traditional diesel with 20% biodiesel. BEC is equipped to deliver any specified blend.

"Since SFNH was initially formed, we have been searching for the right entry into the Energy Security business sector. Following an exhaustive search into all the potential fuel sources, we became convinced that biodiesel presented the best long term solution for out nation's energy needs as well as the greatest opportunity for our shareholders," stated Rod McClain, SFNH's Chairman and CEO. "Our ultimate goal is to construct a thirty million gallon per year biodiesel production facility located in the Southern California area. This will enable us to produce the premiere biodiesel end product in the market," added McClain.
