Given Imaging Announces the Completion of Its 2006 Audited Financial Statements

YOQNEAM, ISRAEL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- Given Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ : GIVN ) today
announced the completion of the analysis it has preformed concerning
treatment of inter-company transactions with its U.S. subsidiary. Based on
this analysis, the Company has concluded that no adjustments are necessary
to its previously reported financial results. The Company plans to file its
Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2006 during the
next few weeks.
