BIMS Renewable Energy Charts a New Course

Undertakes a Name Change and is Installing New Management


OAKLAND PARK, Fla., April 18, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- BIMS Renewable Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:TGDR) announced today that the shareholders of the Company, through a majority written consent, have decided to change the business direction of the Company, elect a new Board of Directors, undertake a name change and a reverse split of its common stock.

On March 9, 2007 the Company filed with the State of Florida to change its name to Tung Ding Resources Inc. A new ticker symbol has been assigned by the NASD as "TGDR" and the effective date of the name change and the reverse split will be at the commencement of business, today, April 18th.

The new business plan calls for the Company to seek to profit from the recent worldwide revival of the precious metals market. Initially, the focus will be on gold mining in China.

The Company is in the process of installing new management that will bring extensive experience in the mining industry to the Company in order to implement this new direction.

The Company further revealed that there are already ongoing evaluations of several gold mining projects in China. Additional announcements related to the progress of these potential acquisitions are expected shortly.
