today announced that it will hold its Annual Stockholders Meeting on
Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at 9:30 A.M. CT at the Westin Chicago Northwest,
Itasca, Illinois. After conducting the business described in the 2007
Proxy Statement, First Midwest's management will make a brief presentation
on the Company's results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2006
and the three months ended March 31, 2007.
The presentation materials will be available for viewing in the Investor

16, 2007 after 2:00 P.M. CT and will be available for 7 days.
