ClearPlay Filtering DVD Player Launches

Filters Offensive Content From Regular DVDs

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 10, 2007 -- ClearPlay Inc. has announced the release of a new DVD player that lets families watch regular DVDs without the sex, violence, profanity and other adult content. The ClearPlay CP-007 player uses patented filtering technology to smoothly and precisely skip and mute over unwanted content. The product will be available at Target stores nationwide, as well as on ClearPlay's website (www.clearplay.com).

"Consumers have responded very enthusiastically to the ClearPlay product. It makes movies a better experience for many families that are concerned about offensive content in their homes," said ClearPlay CEO Bill Aho.

ClearPlay's patented technology uses Filters that are created specifically for each movie, allowing for frame-specific skips and mutes. The filtering is barely noticeable, and the resulting playback is smooth and effective. ClearPlay offers Filters for over 2200 top movies, and adds more every week when new DVDs are released. ClearPlay has received favorable reviews from parents and family organizations, and has received seals of approval from The Parents Television Council and The Dove Foundation.
