systems for medium sized companies. The principal partners of Dansupport are
IBM, Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft in Denmark.

In recent years, Nyherji has undertaken a large number of projects overseas
which have involved the installation of telephone and computer systems.
Icelandic employees have performed these projects. Moreover, Nyherji has had
two permanently employed employees in Denmark over the past year and these will
now be employed by Dansupport A/S.

Dansupport A/S, a foundation for further growth.

Dansupport's revenue over the past year was approximately ISK 340 million and
EBITDA was approximately 9%. The purchase price is ISK 190 million and will be
financed in part with borrowed funds and in part with own financing. It is
anticipated that the purchase of Dansupport will have a negligible impact on
the results of Nyherji in the current year, as emphasis will be placed on its
continued growth in Denmark.

New office of Dansupport A/S in Copenhagen.

Initially, Dansupport began operations in Odense in 1987. The company currently
employs around 30 experienced consultants and technicians. Dansupport provides
services in the field of technical and operating services for information
technology systems, the installation and operation of telephone systems and
hosting services. Recently, the company established an office in Kolding to
service customers in Jutland. In the near future, an office will be established
in Copenhagen where emphasis will be placed on serving customers in Copenhagen
and elsewhere in Sjælland.

The Managing Director of Dansupport, Kenneth Rossau, will transfer to the
position of Technical Managing Director over all the company's offices as of 1
July. Claus Falk, who has, over the past seven years held the position of
Managing Director of Eltel Networks Telecom A/S in Copenhagen, will be filling
the position of Managing Director. Claus Falk holds a university degree in
engineering and business administration from the University of Ålborg and has
been employed in the field of information technology since 1990. Rasmus Maahr,
furthermore, has been recruited as the Financial Manager of Dansupport. Mr
Maahr was formerly the Financial Manager of Eltel Networks Telecom A/S and was
employed as an auditor at KPMG in Denmark.

Continued growth overseas.

The purchase of Dansupport is in line with Nyherji's policy of increasing the
Group's operations overseas. In October 2005, Nyherji purchased all the shares
in AppliCon A/S, a company specialising in consultancy services and SAP
software services. AppliCon companies have subsequently been established in
London and Stockholm.
In the wake of the purchase, Nyherji Group employees will number approximately
420 and some 110 of them will be working overseas.
