Dresner Partners Names Keith Koeneman Vice President

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2007 -- Dresner Partners, a leading NASD-registered, middle-market investment bank, announced today that Keith R. Koeneman has joined the firm as vice president.

Mr. Koeneman has 10 years of professional experience, including investment banking, corporate law and venture capital. He has advised on, or personally negotiated, more than thirty transactions ranging from $6 million to $2.3 billion, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, private equity, recapitalizations, demutualizations and strategic alliances. Mr. Koeneman has also served as a Board of Director representative for five early-stage, venture-backed companies. Most recently, Mr. Koeneman practiced law at Katten Muchin Rosenmann LLP in Chicago where he advised clients on complex private equity, securities and corporate transactions.

Prior to Katten Muchin Rosenmann LLP, Mr. Koeneman's professional experience included senior-level positions with Merrill Lynch, Divine Interventures and Banc of America Securities. At these institutions, Mr. Koeneman focused on advising clients on highly negotiated transactions including mergers and acquisitions and private equity capital raising engagements. His responsibilities included sourcing, negotiating and closing investments, as well as assisting management teams in growing their companies internally and through acquisitions.

Mr. Koeneman holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Northwestern University School of Law, a Master in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton College, Northfield, Minnesota.
