LogMeIn Hires General Counsel Michael J. Donahue


WOBURN, Mass., July 16, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- LogMeIn, Inc., the leader in remote connectivity and support services with nearly 20 million users, announced today that Michael J. Donahue has joined the company as Vice President and General Counsel.

In his role, Donahue is responsible for all of LogMeIn's legal affairs. Previously, he was vice president and general counsel for C.P. Baker & Company, a Boston-based venture capital and management services company. Prior to that, he spent six years with Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP, leaving as a junior partner in 2005.
