AB „Invalda“ valdoma įmonė „Invaldos nekilnojamojo turto fondas“ antradienį pasirašė sutartį dėl 5 komercinio nekilnojamojo turto objektų pardavimo. Šio sandorio rezultatas atsispindės šių metų antrojo pusmečio „Invaldos“ konsoliduotoje finansinėje atskaitomybėje. Šiuo sandoriu parduodama apie 80 proc. numatyto realizuoti grupei priklausančio tokio pobūdžio nekilnojamojo turto. Užbaigus visų numatytų objektų pardavimą tikimasi gauti apie 100 mln. litų (29 mln.
