Stablcor Licenses Its STABLCOR Technology to Unicircuit

COSTA MESA, CA--(Marketwire - August 8, 2007) - Stablcor Incorporated, a leading provider of
technologically advanced carbon composite laminates, today announced that
it has licensed the use of its STABLCOR® technology to Littleton,
CO-based Unicircuit Incorporated. The STABLCOR technology provides printed
circuit board (PCB) fabricators with a solution for advanced thermal
management, thermal expansion, and board rigidity.
