Mr. Jones will utilize his 45 years of public and private corporate management experience to positively affect ImagiTrend and the execution of its business and marketing plans.
Mr. Jones has previously served as President of Arkansas Insurance Services, and also served as President of Imagica International Inc. He has worked closely with the SEC and has extensive experience with the preparation of accounting and financial documents such as 10K, I0Q and 8k. Early in Mr. Jones' career, he was the Controller for Fairbanks Morse and Company, which later acquired Colt Firearms and became Colt Industries. Additionally, Mr. Jones has guided publicly traded companies out of difficult financial times and turned them into healthy and prosperous operations. He obtained his bachelor's in accounting from Rockhurst University, located in Kansas City, Missouri.
