Company Intends to Sell 72 Franchises and Open 54 Company Owned Stores Over the Next 2 Years

GOLDEN, Colo., Aug. 16, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HumWare Media Corporation, (Pink Sheets:HMWM) today announced its wholly owned subsidiary Timeless Sports Inc., intends to launch franchise sales of its Timeless Sports retail store concept. The Company has filed for a Registered Trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is preparing its UFOC.

Timeless Sports opened its first retail store in the Flat Irons Mall, just outside of Denver, CO in August, 2006 and has produced positive EBITDA on sales of $270,000 throughout the first 12 months of operation. Timeless plans to sell 72 franchises and open 54 additional Company-owned stores in major population centers in the U.S over the next 24 months. Timeless will offer franchisees the ability to secure the exclusive rights to sell sports memorabilia under our umbrella of related services including online sales, a customized Certificate of Authenticity system and exclusive autograph appearances for fans to meet and obtain autographs from current professional athletes and retired legends.
