TechnoCom Executive Elected to E9-1-1 Institute Board of Directors

Janice Partyka, Vice President of External Affairs, Joins Institute Board to Advance Wireless E9-1-1 and Emergency Communications

(www.technocom-wireless.com), a leading provider of solutions to enable wireless location services and assure their ongoing performance, announced today that Janice Partyka, vice president of external affairs, has been elected for a second term to the board of directors of the E9-1-1 Institute.

The Washington, D.C. based E9-1-1 Institute supports the E9-1-1 Congressional Caucus in its mission to elevate emergency communication issues within all branches of government, and ensure 911 networks and operators are properly funded. The E9-1-1 Caucus is led by Senator Hillary Clinton (D-New York), Senator Ted Stevens (R-Alaska), Representative Anna G. Eshoo (D-California) and Representative John Shimkus (R- Illinois). The E9-1-1 Institute aids the E9-1-1 Caucus by providing education on policy issues that impact wireless 911 emergency communications.

She also writes a monthly column on the telecommunications industry for GPS World magazine. Her two-year term on the Board of Directors will begin in November, 2007.

The E9-1-1 Institute, comprised of more than 1,000 members, elected five individuals to the Board of Directors. The board includes veteran telecom industry leaders and representatives of the largest public safety organizations.
