Centra Capital Corporation Due Diligence Review Continues


LAS VEGAS, Oct. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Centra Capital Corporation (Pink Sheets:CENC) today announced that it has received the initial due diligence under the signed Letter of Intent, which after review, is satisfactory to the Company. Thus, Centra has requested the remainder of the due diligence for consideration by the Company and the shareholders at the forthcoming shareholders meeting.

In addition, the Company has noted some irregular market trading since Monday of this week. In an effort to identify any manner of inappropriate activity, the Company is pulling all shareholders reports dating as far back as 1998. The irregular trading appears to identify shareholder(s) operating from a small independent firm in New Jersey. Regulatory has been advised, and is being forwarded all reports as well as the NOBO report ordered this week.
