On November 28, 2007, Zoltek Companies Inc. made an announcement that it expected to file its Form 10-K for fiscal year 2007 on or about November 30, 2007. However, Zoltek has been unable to complete its Annual Report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007. The Company's management is completing an evaluation of its internal control over financial reporting in accordance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002, but management has identified certain control deficiencies, which the Company expects will constitute material weaknesses.
