Cyber Digital, Inc. Announces Strategy for 2008

Company to Continue Acquisitions of Profitable CLECs

NEW YORK, Dec. 6, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Cyber Digital, Inc. (OTCBB:CYBD), a developer of communications systems and a communications service provider, today announced its operating strategy for 2008.

Initially formed to create private networks for commercial and government customers, Cyber Digital has developed a broad range of proprietary products and services for the burgeoning Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and broadband sector.

J.C. Chatpar, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, stated, "Our research and development efforts have resulted in state-of-the-art technologies and products. However, the management team recognized a substantial opportunity within the marketplace resulting from the recent changes to the Telecommunications Act, in essence deregulating the industry, and this summer we moved to pursue those opportunities."

In June of 2007, through two acquisitions, the Company has established itself as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier ("CLEC"), and today, CYBD provides communications services directly to approximately 10,000 small business and residential subscribers in the states of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Chatpar went on to say, "With the full assimilation of these acquisitions, we have built a solid foundation upon which to establish our CLEC network. The third quarter was our first full quarter of revenues, and we are working to build our customer base. As part of an ongoing acquisition strategy, CYBD is currently in discussions with several CLECs as acquisition candidates and is hopeful that some or all of these will result in acquisitions by Cyber Digital. Utilizing our typical acquisition model, consisting of the acquisitions being made utilizing a combination of cash, stock and debt, we expect to integrate these CLECs to our network, and then implement our hardware and software systems to improve the efficiency and profitability of each operation within the network."

The Company estimates that transfer of customers from traditional Bell Operating Company networks to the CYBD platforms will result in a 30% to 50% increase in net margins, providing the Company with a significant improvement in income from acquired customers.
