NexCen Brands Strikes Agreement With Sandra Lee to Promote Home Products

(NASDAQ: NEXC), parent company of the Waverly brand, announced today that it has signed Sandra Lee as Waverly's spokesperson to promote the home products brand to a wider audience. Sandra Lee is an internationally acclaimed life and style expert, author, and host of the top-rated Food Network television series, "Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee." Under the new partnership, Ms. Lee will be featured in Waverly's marketing efforts, including advertising, brand website and media relations initiatives. With an 85-year history, Waverly is a major player in the over $25 billion home textiles industry, providing a signature style of layering and combining prints and patterns which are instantly recognizable to its millions of consumers.

Ms. Lee will host regular "How To Decorate with Waverly" webcasts on Waverly.com and will appear in an extensive print advertising campaign. She will also share the benefits of Waverly directly with the international network of retailers that carry the company's products.

Ms. Lee's partnership with NexCen will extend to its family of brands.
