Munich, December 18, 2007 – IM Internationalmedia AG has managed to place a
part of the warrant bond notes of the warrant bond 2007/2010 that were
unsubscribed following the close of IMAG shareholder subscription offering
period to a potential strategic partner.
The investor purchased 45,000 warrant bond notes for a total nominal value
of € 900,000.00. The separable warrants to the bond entitle the strategic
partner to acquire up to 6,300,000 ordinary voting shares of IM
Internationalmedia AG at a price of € 1.10 per share. After the
registration of the capital reduction and the reverse stock split that the
shareholders meeting had decided upon, this equals up to 57.1% of the
Company’s subscribed capital.
As of today warrant bond notes for a total nominal value of € 1,043,840
have been purchased in three instalments. A significant part of the amount
will be used to cover overhead and other operating expenses.
