Oak Valley Community Bank Announces Full Service Stockton Branch Opening

OAKDALE, CA--(Marketwire - December 21, 2007) - Ronald C. Martin, CEO of Oak Valley Community Bank (OTCBB: OVYB), announced the opening of the Bank's newest location at 2935 March Lane in Stockton. The new office is a full service branch with ATM, and convenient drive-through service.

Longtime Stockton bankers, Cathy Ghan and Loretta Trevena, will manage the bank's business development and growth initiatives in Stockton. Ghan, SVP Commercial Real Estate, will manage the bank's commercial lending efforts. Trevena, VP, Branch Manager, will manage the branch and business development. Both Ghan and Trevena have over 20 years of banking experience in the Stockton community. They will be joined by Ashleigh Price, who, following her recent promotion to Customer Service Manager (CSM), is transferring from the Bank's 12th & I-Modesto branch. The Stockton branch staff is rounded out by Liz Hernandez, Assistant CSM, Megan Clark and Gladys Dillard, Customer Service Representatives.

Also employed by Oak Valley Community Bank and working from the new office are Gerry Trigueiro, Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Associate, and Liz Ramirez, AVP, Loan Assistant, both of whom have spent significant portions of their careers in the Stockton scene. In addition, current bank employees, Ojesa Asejo-Clark, RVP of Training and Development, Kim Samoy, AVP, BSA Manager, and Ha Phan, Information Technology, will be headquartered in Stockton. Asejo-Clark and Samoy, as well as Trevena, were all, at one time during their respective careers, Stockton Branch Managers for the former Union Safe Deposit Bank.
