PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Dec. 28, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. (OTCBB:EVSP) announced today that effective December 1, 2007, Lyle A. Watkins was named Vice President for Strategic Planning.
Watkins will report to Edward L. Torres, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been the Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the Company since its inception. Mr. Watkins will maintain these additional duties until replacements are announced.
In this newly created position, Watkins will support the CEO and the leaders of Environmental Service Professionals' business groups as they develop, evaluate, select and implement business strategies. He will provide guidance on long-term planning processes through the analysis of industry and economic conditions, domestic and international customer requirements, market characteristics and demands, and technology trends and implications.
