Telelogic Signs 3.0 MEUR Renewal Agreement with Leading Global Telecommunication

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California - December 28, 2007 - Telelogic (Nordic
Exchange/MidCap/TLOG) today announced that a leading global telecommunications
vendor has renewed its one-year licence and maintenance agreement for core
components of Telelogic's Solution for Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM),
with a value of 3.0 million Euro.
The agreement includes licenses for Telelogic Focal Point™ for product
management and product portfolio management, Telelogic Tau® for Model Driven
Development™ (MDD™) of complex systems and software development, Telelogic
Rhapsody® for Model Driven Development of Embedded Systems and Telelogic DOORS®
for requirements analysis, definition and management.
