GeekBrief.TV Anchor Cali Lewis to Demo Drobo at Macworld Conference on January 15

Professional Photographer David Schloss to Speak Daily on the Benefits of Using Drobo in a Photographic Studio

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - January 14, 2008) - Data Robotics, the makers of Drobo, the world's first storage robot, announced that GeekBrief.TV anchor, Cali Lewis, will demonstrate Drobo at the Macworld Conference and Expo, taking place this week in San Francisco, CA. The live demo of Drobo will take place Tuesday, January 15 at 12 Noon at the Macworld Developer Pavilion West Stage.

"At GeekBrief.TV we get to see many innovative products but it's rare to see something that truly stands out in the way that Drobo does," said Lewis. "We've been watching the company since mid-last year, when it launched the Drobo storage robot, and have seen the industry embrace this new way of storing and managing digital information. Data Robotics is 'upping the ante' with the release of DroboShare, delivering a product that allows users a simple way to share data over a network. Who knew storage could be so cool?"

In addition to Cali Lewis' session, David Herington of Data Robotics and renowned Photographer, David Schloss, will present Jan. 15-18, at Macworld in the Digital Photo Experience Pavilion/West Hall. Their joint talk, "Storage Strategies for Photo Geniuses: A New and Better Way to Manage Your Digital Assets," will be held daily from 2-2:45 p.m.
