PHOENIX, Feb. 12, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- InPlay Technologies (Nasdaq:NPLA) today announced that it has partnered with WPG Americas, Inc., a company of WPG Holdings, to expand business development efforts in North and South America. The partnership is an extension of an existing relationship with WPG Holdings' RichPower Electronics Devices that covers Asia and India.
