RV Seminars During 42nd Annual Detroit Camper & RV Show


NOVI, MI--(Marketwire - February 13, 2008) - At the 42nd Annual Detroit Camper & RV Show, February 13-17, 2008, guests will have the opportunity to see informative and entertaining RV related seminars.

Joe Tyson of Tyson Marketing will present "Protecting Your RV Investment and Lifestyle." Tyson will teach guests how to properly insure their RV investment, and the difference between auto insurance and RV specialty insurance.

Sarah Crapo from the West Michigan Tourist Association will share hidden treasures and activities to be discovered while RVing in Michigan in her seminar, "Traveling the Back Roads of Michigan."

Hear about Frankenmuth and other cultural destinations in Michigan in the seminar "Frankenmuth and Cultural Travel," presented by Jennifer Tebedo. This seminar, put together by the Frankenmuth Convention & Visitors Bureau, includes trivia and tips for getting the most out of your next trip.

General RV Center will offer seminars covering various RVing topics, such as towing products, mobile cellular Internet, satellite TV and water softeners.

The 42nd Annual Detroit Camper & RV Show will be held in Novi at the Rock Financial Showplace February 13-17, and is open weekdays 2-9 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The cost for adult admission (ages 13 and up) is $9; children ages 12 and under are admitted free! Seniors admitted for just $5 on Wednesday, February 13 and Thursday, February 14 (no coupon necessary).

The show is sponsored by the Michigan Association of Recreation Vehicles and Campgrounds (MARVAC), a member organization representing all aspects of the camping and RV industries.
