MARYSVILLE, OH--(Marketwire - February 13, 2008) - UniKeep LLC, a Univenture company
http://www.univenture.com, announced today the addition of a quarterly
Bonus Category to the "Fifth Annual UniKeep Design Awards Contest,"
beginning January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. Each quarter will
have a different theme; this quarter it's Movies. Entrants can design
covers for the home movie equivalent of an Academy Award winner, movie
collections and more. Bonus themes include Celebrities, Recording Artists
and Sports Teams. These will be announced on the company's web site:
http://www.unikeep.com.
"Our contest has become very popular; the number of outstanding creative
entries increases each year. Including a Bonus Category and designing for
our new eco-friendly products will provide loyal UniKeep users and
designers more creative outlets," noted Ross Youngs, CEO of UniKeep and
inventor of the UniKeep binder. "I'm delighted that Jane Guthrie, Natalie
Rhinesmith and Judi Kauffman are continuing as contest judges and that
Scrapbooking & Beyond and Creative TECHniques magazines will again be our
sponsors," added Youngs.
The contest, now in its fifth year, began as an opportunity to win cash and
prizes for entering creative, original cover designs and organizing
solutions for UniKeep's standard eco-friendly View Case Binder™ with
copyright-free content authorized for public use. The contest has expanded
to designing custom covers for any one of the many sizes of UniKeep's
eco-friendly binders and the new DVD Case. A video with contest
information, how to submit entries and product dimensions can be seen at:

Scrapbooking & Beyond is the first complete "how-to" scrapbook magazine.
Newly redesigned, Creative TECHniques is the magazine that shows how to
effectively combine technology and creativity for unlimited imaginative
design projects. Both are published by All American Crafts with dedicated
editorial staffs of artists and writers.
Judges for the UniKeep Design Awards will again be Jane Guthrie, Editor of
Scrapbooking & Beyond Magazine, Natalie Rhinesmith, Editor of Creative
TECHniques Magazine, and Judi Kauffman, nationally known designer, writer,
and teacher.
"I'm very pleased and honored to be invited to judge the UniKeep Design
Contest for 2008. The level of artistic talent has been truly amazing. I
can't wait to see what this year holds in store for both the artists and
UniKeep's ever versatile binder," stated Jane Guthrie.
Natalie Rhinesmith exclaimed, "I had so much fun judging last year's design
contest, I had to climb aboard for 2008. I can only hope the entries will
be just as stunning as those received in 2007!"
BFA and MFA holder Judi Kauffman said, "I'm thrilled to judge the UniKeep
contest once again. It is a treat to see such boundless creativity each
and every month. I'm constantly surprised and delighted at the endless
ways people approach their entries, using a product that reaches beyond
boundaries of age and geography."
Entries may be submitted in one of five categories to win monthly cash
prizes and the first 50 entries each month also receive a product prize.
The new Bonus Category will change and be judged quarterly and bonus
category winners are eligible for monthly categories.
Contest categories are:
