Schockman Promoted to VP At Advantage Bank


CAMBRIDGE, Ohio, March 12, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Advantage Bank, the banking subsidiary of Camco Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:CAFI), has announced that David Schockman has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Commercial Credit Department Manager for Advantage Bank. Richard C. Baylor, Chairman, CEO and President of Camco and Advantage Bank made the announcement.

Serving as the Commercial Credit Department Manager working out of the Worthington, Ohio office, Schockman is responsible for the commercial segment of the Bank's credit approval administration and review activities to ensure that proposed loans adhere to existing policy. His responsibility will be to monitor and improve the loan portfolio's quality and profitability for the Bank. "Dave is dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of Advantage Bank's Commercial Credit Department. His expertise has allowed him to become a leader in directing the execution of the Bank's commercial loan policies and procedures," Baylor remarked.

Schockman received his Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. There he serves as a member of the Alumni Association, and is also a member of the Franklin Park Conservatory.
