Verso to Reschedule Fourth Quarter 2007 Conference Call

As a result of the company having only recently finalized its accounting, including for matters arising from a recently filed action against the company relating to the litigation with Entrata Communications Corporation and one of the company's subsidiaries, previously disclosed by the company, which settled on March 25, 2008, the company is now in position to complete its financial records for the fourth quarter of 2007.
