Experienced Software and Technology Executive to Drive Next Phase of Company's Leadership Position in Talent Management Category

Adams has joined the company as the General Manager of its Talent Management Solutions business unit. In this capacity, he is responsible for driving all aspects of the business including revenue growth through various channels, product roadmap and customer engagement in addition to building scale for future opportunities based on Workscape's award-winning on-demand solutions.

Most recently, Adams was the president and CEO of St. Croix Systems, a privately held software company best known for its applications for enterprise asset management (EAM) for Healthcare. Before that, he worked at Lawson Software, holding key positions including senior vice president and general manager, overseeing multiple markets, such as Fortune 1000 multinationals, government, financial services, healthcare and education. While at Lawson, he drove many successful high growth initiatives that led up to a successful IPO. Earlier in his career he held marketing and sales positions at several technology companies including JD Edwards and GEAC. He earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.
