Farmetrics(SM) Prediction Market Launches Community Sponsorship Program

Participants Can Donate Reward Points and Bonus Reward Points to Benefit Non-Profit Organizations

ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwire - April 2, 2008) - Farmetrics(SM), the first prediction market tailored for U.S. agribusiness, introduces the Farmetrics(SM) Community Sponsorship Program. The Community Sponsorship Program enables individuals involved in agriculture and farming to support deserving non-profit organizations. Information and applications are available from the program registrar at CommunityDonorProgram@Farmetrics.com.

Participants in the Farmetrics(SM) Prediction Market may earn Reward Points through accurate predictions and Bonus Reward Points through consistent participation, which can be donated to eligible and approved non-profit organizations by electing to participate in the Community Sponsorship Program. Schools are also eligible to participate in the Community Sponsorship Program and are eligible to receive donated Points from participants in the Farmetrics(SM) Prediction Market, including schools currently involved in the Farmetrics(SM) Educational Program, introduced by Farmetrics in October 2007. The donated Points are redeemable by the non-profit organization for award cards to be used as the organization deems appropriate. The Program has no cost to organizations or participants.

"The Community Sponsorship Program allows participants to donate their Reward Points and Bonus Reward Points to worthwhile charitable and community projects similar to the way that airline and hotel reward programs allow members to donate their air miles and hotel stays to non-profit causes," said Dan Erz, Bunge North America Grain Marketing Specialist. "It takes just five minutes to make predictions that could benefit the local community."

Participants making accurate predictions can earn Reward Points. Participants are also eligible to receive Bonus Reward Points for consistent participation in the Farmetrics(SM) Prediction Market. Reward Points and Bonus Reward Points earned by participants then can be donated through the Community Sponsorship Program to a non-profit organization, which are then deposited into the organization's online account. The non-profit organization can redeem the Reward Points and Bonus Reward Points for award cards that can be used to purchase necessary goods and services.
